Perspective Software provides web-based software that allow customers to: create digital funnels and automate marketing activities to send relevant communications to subscribers via our websites (our "Websites") located at
Perspective is the data controller of the personal information we hold about you.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").

If, pursuant to GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1, you have expressly consented, we use your e-mail address to regularly send you our newsletter.
For this we need an e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. We use this data solely for sending the requested information about ActiveCampaign and do not pass it on to third parties.
By registering for the e-mail newsletter, your IP address and the date of registration will be saved. This storage serves as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and logs on without the knowledge of the authorized party for receiving the newsletter.
Your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the e-mail newsletter can be revoked at any time. The revocation can be made via a link in the e-mail newsletters themselves or by notification to the contact options below.
For the manual and automated sending of newsletter e-mails we use the e-mail marketing provider ActiveCampaign, Chicago, Illinois 60606, USA. Active Campaign has committed to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement of February 2016.
The newsletter software allows statistical surveys about newsletter opening and link-click behavior. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. The evaluations serve to recognize the reading habits of the users and the corresponding adaptation of the content to the interests of our users.
If you do not agree with the data transmission to Active Campaign, please refrain from ordering the newsletter.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the request form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in Craft CMS and ActiveCampaign in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. CraftCMS is a content management system of Pixel & Tonic, Inc., 1261 Lincoln Ave. Ste. 211. San Jose, CA 95125. United States. We use this to first process the data stored in contact forms e.g. entered at the end of quizzes. According to CraftCMS, the company is currently preparing for DS-GMO compliance (https://craftcms.com/privacy).

Registration / Customer Account
If you wish to enter into a contract for the use of Perspective Funnels, your data will be stored in a customer account.
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of a contract, when contacting us or when opening a customer account. Fields with compulsory information are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data for the execution of the contract, the processing of your contact or the opening of the customer account. Without this information, the order and / or the account opening can not be completed or the contact can be processed.
What data we collect can be seen in our forms. We use the data communicated by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (necessary to fulfill the contract) for the execution of the contract and processing of your inquiries. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods.
Further use of the data will only take place if you have expressly consented to further use of your data or if we reserve the right to use the data beyond that, which is permitted by law and which we will inform you about in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by a message to the mentioned contact option or via a designated function in the customer account.

If you wish to participate in our free webinar, your details from the request form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in EverWebinar in order to process the request. In case you also subscribed to the newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored in Active Campaign.

In order to provide our services and to keep the online offer available, we also use service providers who provide the technical infrastructure.

Collection of personal data for informational use | Cookies

Data protection in applications and in the application process
We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically.
